Ajoy PKY Koppolu
Ajoy PKY Koppolu is the Managing Director and CEO of airis PHARMA.

He brings extensive industry and consultative experience in drug product development of diverse dosage forms. His expertise ranges from formulation optimization, process development, scale-up, technology transfer, clinical-commercial manufacturing, and marketed product support with Novartis, Sanofi, JNJ, Validant, and for management consulting firms. He was involved in the approval of new drug products and in the product development and transfers of several Over The Counter and monograph products. He was successful in managing teams, and in driving and implementing processes and projects centered on Quality by Design (QbD), Quality Risk Management (QRM), Process Analytical Technology (PAT), Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. He holds a patent and publications related to the pharmaceutical industry including analytical method development and transfer.

He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, India, and has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India; he holds a PhD. in Chemical Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA, and also has an MBA in Business Administration, Pennsylvania State University, USA. He holds certification in Lean Manufacturing and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality.

Kishore K Ganji
Kishore K Ganji is a founding partner and is a Board Member of airis PHARMA.

He is on the Board of Directors for Apex Pharmaceuticals, Inc in NJ, USA. He is the Founder and CEO of Astir IT Solutions, Inc. and the driving force behind its remarkable growth. Kishore also serves as CEO of Sysnet Technology Solutions (which Astir acquired in 2011), and as CEO of Astir Analytics. Prior to starting Astir, Kishore worked for PwC, IBM, and Pfizer in the Business Intelligence practices, focusing mainly on Customer Analytics and Health Care. Before this, he worked for Hewlett Packard. In addition to his role as CEO of Astir, Kishore Ganji serves as the President of the Small and Medium Enterprise Consortium (SMEC), a consortium of over 300 technology companies. SMEC promotes sustainable development of the small and mid-sized businesses and is growing rapidly both in the US and outside. Kishore holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India. He also has an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the Terry School of Business, University of Georgia, USA. In addition, he was recognized by NJBIZ as one of the top Forty under 40 high-achieving business leaders in New Jersey in 2008, and in 2010 was a finalist in Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Dr. Mohan R Patalolla
Dr. Mohan R Patalolla is a founding partner of airis PHARMA.

He has a PhD. degree in Computer Oriented Numerical Methods and also has a M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Patalolla also is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Information Technologies, Inc., software consulting and services company located in Edison, New Jersey, USA.
